What is Gasna CSST pipes?

Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing (CSST) is a flexible and coated with a special protective yellow plastic coating, used to supply natural gas and propane in residential, commercial and industrial structures. Gasna CSST pipes factory is the first of its kind in the middle east. CSST has revolutionized the gas-distribution business. It features many benefits over the conventional black iron method in its durability and practicality. CSST is much more reliable and has proven resistance to leaks due to far fewer connections points that is made during installation comparing to black iron pipe which needs a joint to be fitted and checked for leaks every time the pipe changes direction.

Gasna Brass Fittings

To integrate the whole system, we use special fittings that are made of brass made exclusively to be used in outs system.
The fittings are made with very soft threads to ensure seamless continuity and metal-to-metal gas-tight seal.

Easy to install

All you need to install the whole system is:

  1. Special cutter tool
  2. knife
  3. two wrenches for brass

All that our gas system needs for a complete installation is a special cutting tool, and a small knive to remove the outer casing from the front of the tube, and two keys to tighten the copper pieces and connect them together. This ease and simplicity of installation saves up to 70% of the time compared to the iron system that needs at least 8-10 workers to carry, threads and connect at every turn.
The estimated weight of 80 m of 0.5” Gasna pipes is about 20 kg only.
