We started our business in 1988 under the name of Alsauljan HVAC & Contracting Est. During this work, we have been committed to the best engineering standards in this business, using the best available minds. We were considered one of the top 3 air conditioning and cooling companies in Saudi Arabia.
In order to develop work and diversify our range of products, and primarily to provide products needed by the user, we found that entry into the world of manufacturing is very important, so we began since 1991 to manufacture Leadercool desert cooler, which was then manufactured from the treated sheet before it later become fiberglass. Leadercool is considered now one of the best desert cooler, if not the best in Saudi Arabia in cooling efficiency.
In 2000, we got the exclusive agency to have the right to import and install fixable gas pipes from Gastite, one of the largest US flexible gas piping systems manufacturers in the world that installs nearly 500,000 facilities per year in the United States alone.
In 2008, we decided to move from HVAC establishment to be a pure manufacturing company, so we started producing evaporative cooling pads as the first plant in the Middle East. We are determined to produce cooling pads with excellent quality to meet the international specifications.
In 2015, we started producing flexible stainless-steel gas pipes (CSST) in high quality as the first plant in the Middle East to have this product.
In 2018, we started producing aspen cooling pads for desert coolers using a German technology. our cooling pads is manufactured in accordance to the American standards.
